Thirty days on anything unworn and uncustomized. If something arrives wrong, we fix it — that part has no deadline.
The window
You have 30 days from delivery to send an item back for a refund or exchange, as long as it is unworn, unwashed and still has its tags.
Refunds go back to the original payment method within five business days of the parcel reaching us.
What we can’t take back
Customized pieces — anything with a name, number, crest or patch applied — are made for one person and cannot be resold, so they are final sale. We send a proof before anything goes to press precisely so this never comes as a surprise.
Hemmed pants are likewise final once cut. Order unhemmed if you are unsure.
Opened paper goods — scorecard packs and signal card sets — are not returnable.
If we got it wrong
Wrong size sent, wrong color, a seam that failed in its first season, a flag that came apart: email us with a photo and we will replace it or refund it. Return shipping is on us.
Starting a return
Email wherewithball@yahoo.com with your order reference and what you would like to do. We reply within one business day with a return address and instructions.
