Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we charge your card and dispatch the goods. If an item turns out to be out of stock after you order, we will contact you and refund that line in full.

Prices and product details on this site can change without notice, but never after your order is accepted.

Customization

You are responsible for the spelling of names, the accuracy of numbers, and for holding the rights to any logo or crest you send us. We proof every custom job before production; once you approve the proof, the piece is final sale.

We may decline artwork we believe infringes someone else’s rights.

Compliance

We describe our uniform items against the NFHS and NCAA specifications current at the time of listing. Rules change and vary by association — confirm with your assigner before a season, as we cannot be responsible for a governing body’s change of standard.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.
