Processing

In-stock orders leave the counter within one to two business days. Customized orders leave within five to seven business days of you approving the proof.

Orders placed on a weekend or holiday start processing the next business day.

Rates and speeds

Standard shipping is $8.95 and arrives in three to seven business days — free once your order clears $99.

Express shipping is $24.95 and arrives in one to two business days. Order by noon for same-day dispatch.

Local pick-up at the WWB counter is free. We email you as soon as it is boxed; pick-up is Monday to Friday, by appointment during season.

International

We ship to Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand. Duties and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility and are collected by the carrier on delivery.

Tracking

Tracking is emailed the moment a label is created. If a parcel stops moving for more than five business days, email us and we will chase the carrier.
